14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason. To be accepted, products must be returned unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition.
Free returns
Return shipping is free. To start a return, email hello@cardreamtcg.com with your order number and the items concerned: we will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
We refund the products and the initial standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your order. We may wait until we have received the returned items before issuing the refund.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. After delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will replace or refund the affected items.
