Carriers & tracking
We ship with DHL or UPS. Every parcel is tracked and delivered against signature. Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Processing time
- In-stock products: shipped within 2 to 7 business days
- Pre-orders: shipped within 7 business days after the official release date
Delivery time then depends on the destination and the carrier.
Packaging
Every order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap and corner protectors, so your sealed products arrive in collector condition.
Customs
Orders are shipped from France. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcel
Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, write it down with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible at hello@cardreamtcg.com with photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund the affected items.
